Abstract:
To provide a server control method, a server, and a server control program capable of controlling the server in such a way as to enable a user to designate a search condition with a simple operation and provide the user with a desired search result.SOLUTION: A server control method controlling a server 2, which is connectable with a storage unit stores, for each of a plurality of retrieval objects, a retrieval object table in which a search condition corresponding to each retrieval object among a plurality of search conditions is associated with a condition satisfaction degree that is a degree of satisfaction of the search condition, and a user terminal 4, to perform steps of: receiving a search request designating two or more search conditions and a weight of each search condition from the user terminal: extracting each retrieval object associated with each search condition designated by the search request in the search condition table; ranking respective extracted retrieval objects so that the retrieved objects having higher similarity between the condition satisfaction degree associated with the retrieval object and the weight of the search condition designated in the search request is higher; and transmitting the ranked retrieval objects to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
