To provide a system for easily creating parking ranking information that is a base of popularity order display in a POI (Point Of Interest) list.

A car navigation system 100 loaded on a vehicle 10 acquires a parking position by a GPS (Global Positioning System) when an engine of the vehicle is started, generates parking information including this engine start time, the preceding engine stop time, and the parking position, and transmits it to a parking information collection server 200. The parking information collection server 200 collects the parking information from a plurality of the vehicles 10, totals the total number of a parking number and a parking time in each section wherein a map is sectionalized by a plurality of small sections, and generates the parking ranking information showing order of the section based on the totaling. The car navigation system 100 of each vehicle 10 transmits the parking information to the parking information collection server 200 when the engine starts, and simultaneously receives the parking ranking information from the parking information server 200, sorts POI information possessed by itself by use of the parking ranking information based on the received parking ranking information, and creates the POI list.
