Abstract:
To provide a server device, an in-commercial facility information system, and a method for presenting an action history for presenting, to a shopper in a store, his or her own action history.SOLUTION: In an in-commercial facility information system 100, a server device 1 is configured so as to be communicable with a portable terminal allocated to one user and at least one in-store camera installed in one store for photographing an in-store image of the store, and for transmitting the in-store image. The server device comprises: means for determining a person included in the in-store image as a registered user on the basis of a user image of the preliminarily registered user to whom the portable terminal is allocated; means for recording an action history in the store of the registered user; and means for transmitting information on the action history to the portable terminal in response to a first request from the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
