Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a commodity from being inappropriately sold in an e-commerce which sells drugs.SOLUTION: A server device 10 displays commodity information on a commodity on a user terminal screen, receives selection of a commodity by a user to purchase it, generates, when the commodity is a drug, an inquiry sheet (medical interview sheet) including a plurality of questions on a person who is going to take the drug and an example of an answer for each question, receives an answer of the inquiry sheet (medical interview sheet) from the user for each question, and rejects purchase of the commodity when any of the received answers does not coincide with a corresponding example.
