Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server group display and monitoring device by which the operating states of plural servers and the presence/absence of fault occurrence can be simultaneously and surely confirmed with one display device.
SOLUTION: A monitor display control part 105 divides the screen of a display device 4 into plural areas and simultaneously displays picture display information outputted from monitor connecting terminals 52-1 to 52-n of respective servers 5-1 to 5-n in the respective different divided areas. A display/monitor control part 102 monitors whether data such as a fault message showing the occurrence of a hardware fault or application program fault are contained in the picture display information of the respective servers 5-1 to 5-n or not, and when these data are contained, the name of such a server is reported to the monitor display control part 105. Besides, a network monitoring part 103 periodically monitors the network faults of the servers 5-1 to 5-n, and when a fault is detected, the monitor display control part 105 is informed of it. The monitor display control part 105 changes the display color of the divided area corresponding to the server, where the fault occurs, into warning color.
