A server 100 for guiding a person who is moving predicts a moving itinerary, based on a movement plan when the movement plan including a departure place, a destination, and a desired arrival time to the destination is registered; and decides on guide times and contents that guide are considered necessary during the predicted moving itinerary. Then, the guide information, having corresponding contents, is transmitted to the portable telephone 200 that a person moving is carrying, when the guide time arrives. When entry and exit information are received from a ticket gate system 310, or when card usage information is received from a credit card system 40, the predicted moving itinerary is updated in matching with the position and times contained in this information, and also the guide timing is redetermined.
