PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed communications between a server and a client by avoiding each of server load balancers from becoming a bottleneck in the processing speed of a packet.
SOLUTION: The server load distribution system is provided with a plurality of server load balancers each having a means for selecting any one of a plurality of load distribution object servers respectively assigned with intrinsic IP addresses while specifying a group on the basis of a predetermined virtual IP address when first and second links are respectively accommodated at least and the transfer object packet of this virtual IP address is received through one of the first and second links and a means for rewriting the virtual IP address of the received transfer object packet addressed to the virtual IP address to the intrinsic IP address of the selected load distribution object server and rewriting the transmitting source IP address of the received transfer object packet addressed to the virtual IP address to an IP address capable of specifying the other link of the first and second links.
