To provide a server for managing dynamic images, which easily makes association among an annotation for a scene within a dynamic image content, replaying the scene, and a provider of the annotation.
The server for managing the dynamic images, comprises a database for managing the dynamic images, which manages the annotation of the dynamic image contents, replaying ranges of the dynamic image contents corresponding to the annotation, and the identification information of the user who provided the annotation in association with each other; and an extended URL generator to generate the extended URL including a content URL of the dynamic image contents, the replaying range, and the identifier information of the user who provided annotation to the replaying range.
