PURPOSE: To improve a total throughput, by reporting a process start request and an end request to a server side from a client in each transaction process and securing and releasing a server-side resource at each time.

CONSTITUTION: When a user as the client is offered service, a start-end recognizing means 1.1 and a server informing means 1.2 inform the server of that and a server-side event confirming means 1.3 and a resource securing and releasing means 1.4 secure the server-side resource. Then the client user performs one transaction process and receives the result. The start-end recognizing means 1.1 releases the server-side resource without making the user aware of that. Thus, the process start request and end request of each transaction process are reported from the client to the server side and the server-side resource is secured and released at each time.
