To provide a HIGH VISION still image reproduction system where no image disk device is required for each terminal by allowing some reproduction terminals to share in common a High Vision still image stored in an image recorder connecting to an image server.

An image recorder 6 storing HIGH VISION still image data connects to an image server 5 and each terminal controller 1 shares the recorder 6 in common through a computer network 7, then respective image reproduction devices 2 require no image disk device individually and output an object image on a HIGH VISION MONITOR 3 as a HIGH VISION video signal.
