To provide a service counter system which shortens the time needed for a user to connect to a proper service device vender according to the contents of trouble when the user desires to receive service and increases the operation efficiency of a counter for an organizing vendor and a server terminal used for the system.

This system is equipped with device vendors 40 to 43, the organizing vendor 10 which organizes the device vendors and holds device constitution information that a user has and access point information of the device vendors for the device constitution information, and the service terminal which can be connected to the organizing vendor and device vendors through a network. On the basis of the device constitution information that the user has, the organizing vendor 10 sends the equipment constitution information as guidance information with the access point information to the service terminal 20 in response to a call from the service terminal 20 and the service terminal 20 displays choices by the equipment constitution information by using the guidance information.
