Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the service life of a brake without inspecting the brake directly by disassembling a motor.
SOLUTION: A rotation speed detecting means 14 detects the rotation speed of a shaft. A cumulative abrasion amount operation means 13 operates the abrasion amount of a brake pad depending on the rotation speed of the shaft at the starting of the braking operation, and cumulates the abrasion amounts every time the braking operation is carried out so as to operate the cumulative abrasion amount. A service life determing means 15 determines the service life of a brake for motor depending on the above cumulative abrasion amount. When the service life determining means 15 determines the service life of the brake for motor, an alarm 9 outputs a warning.
