To provide a service management device, method and program for supporting users to acquire assets.SOLUTION: A support device 20 in a system includes a score target storage section 23 for recording a scoring target specified by a user and information relating to a score assignment condition, a score information storage section 26 for recording scores assigned by the score assignment condition, and a control unit 21 that is connected to a user terminal 10, acquires, from the user terminal 10, a scoring target according to the user's desire, records it in a score target storage section 23, acquires asset information relating to the user, when the scoring target recorded in the scoring target storage section 23 is specified in the asset information, records, for the asset information, scores according to the score assignment condition in the score information storage section 26, and periodically outputs to the user terminal 10, information relating to changes in the scores recorded in the score information storage section 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
