Abstract:
To improve the pleasantness when services provided by using a web page are provided.
A printer 10 sends information (e.g. Mac address, status, consumption article information etc.), regarding the printer 10 to a web server 70 on the Internet 8. The web server 70 creates a web page for providing services regarding the printer 10 (e.g. downloading of software set exclusively for the printer 10, display of information regarding consumption articles of the printer 10, etc.), as a web page dedicated to the printer 10 according to the information received from the printer 10. Consequently, a user of the printer 10 accesses the web page by using a web browser of a personal computer 4 to pleasantly receive the services regarding the printer 10.
