Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting system enabling to grasp the situation of voting by use of a token, in the case of reuse of tokens token missing after voting or damaging while voting is reported.
SOLUTION: An issuing machine creates a unique issue number to write it in a voting card, next reads the card ID recorded on the voting card, and further stores an issuing voting card status table for associating the card ID with the issue number. Then, the issuing machine reads out the card ID and issue number recorded on the voting card, and next stores a voting card usage status table by associating the card ID with the issue number.
