Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a user without causing the user to perform an action for identifying the user, when a service is provided to the user carrying a portable terminal device with a short-distance radio communication function.SOLUTION: The service provision device includes: a terminal detection unit 11 for detecting a portable terminal 50 carried by a user in the vicinity of a copying device 10 by using a short-distance communication function; an identification information holding unit 19 for holding identification information acquired from the detected portable terminal 50; a screen transmission unit 14 for transmitting a copying processing start instruction screen to the portable terminal 50; and a control unit 18 for, when the identification information transmitted by pressing a start button for copying included in the copying processing start instruction screen is matched with the stored identification information, causing a copying processing unit 16 to perform copying.
