PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service receiving device, service providing device, service receiving method, service providing method, service receiving program and record media for the purpose of keeping quality and productivity constant and making all facility conditions and engineering methods uniform, and keeping NC data, recognition data, maintenance inspection and repair parts, and the like in unison in a production line such as a component mounting line at the plants located in all the world-wide regions of customers deploying business on a global scope.
SOLUTION: In the component mounting line 100 on the user side as shown in the figure, the service receiving device 1, which can be connected to a communications means 60 such as the service providing device 2 and the Internet, is installed. Arrangement is made so that the customer can receive services for operations monitor/analysis such as a production time-loss analysis by communicating via the communications means 60.
