Abstract:

To easily search service for performing prescribed processing to document data, from a network in response to a user's request.

A cooperative processing server 50 analyzes instructions when a document delivery server 63 stops receiving service processing requests, generates retrieval conditions for retrieving service substituting for the document delivery server 63, and transmits the retrieval conditions to a service retrieval server 20. The service retrieval server 20 retrieves a substitutable service processor based on the retrieval conditions, and transmits the retrieval result to the cooperative processing server 50. The cooperative processing server 50 accesses the other substituted document delivery server in place of the document delivery server 63 to carry out document delivery processing.
