To provide a service supporting system by which a service fee paid by a customer as well as a time and a cost for service are reduced, and correct information on the customer is ensured and to provide a service supporting server, and a service supporting method.

A service operation system has a service supporting server supporting service operation for the customer, a terminal which can communicate with the service supporting server, wherein the terminal has a display means displaying a questionnaire associated with the service operation, an input means for causing the customer to input the questionnaire and a questionnaire transmission means transmitting the inputted questionnaire to the service supporting server, and the service supporting server has a questionnaire analysis means analyzing the received questionnaire.
