To provide a location information service system and its information distribution method and program which distributes service contents on information of present location by a push-type system without making a user conscious of it.

The location information service system 100 consists of a terminal 11 for procuring location information, a portable phone 12, a plurality of radio base stations 21a and 21b, a location information center server 31, a system managing server 41 and a contents server 51. The system managing server 41 stores information of recognition of the terminal 11 for procuring location information and a mail address of the portable phone 12 beforehand. Accordingly, when the switch of the terminal 11 for procuring the location information is kept ON, mail to which URLs of service contents based on the present location information are attached is distributed to the portable phone 12 by a push-type system and, therefore, a desired URL can be selected from the distributed URLs, enabling related information, advertisement information, or the like to be viewed easily.
