Abstract:
To provide a serving system that can individually recognize tableware on which cooked food is arranged and accurately combine the tableware in a tray as needed to serve even when a large amount of meals are supplied.SOLUTION: In a serving system comprising: arrangement means of serving cooked processed food on tableware; placement means of placing one or more pieces of tableware on which the cooked processed food is arranged on a tray; and control means of controlling at least placement of the tableware on the tray, each piece of tableware has a QR code including food information on the cooked processed food, each tray has a QR code including serving information on the tableware to be arranged, the control means controls operation of the placement means based on the QR code provided on the tableware and the QR code provided on the tray, this allows controlling placement of the tableware.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
