To safely stop a hydraulic vibration system, without having to exert influence on an overall system, even when a plurality of vibration exciting devices are connected by a network and an abnormality occurs for some reason, in one hydraulic vibration device among them.
The vibration device includes an analog input device, an analog output device, a servo controller, a digital input/output device and an interface device connected to the exterior through the network, and is mounted with a servo amplifier unit, equipped with a voltage-current converter converting a voltage into a current and an uninterruptible power supply unit. Based on the sensor information from a pressure sensor and a load sensor, slide resistance of the hydraulic vibration device is measured and compared with a standard slide resistance value, and the condition of the vibration device is diagnosed; and the vibration device is forcedly attenuated/stopped, when an abnormality signal is detected from the input/output device or the interface device.
