A correction means 6 is provided for receiving an object value signal a feedback signal b at control output means 5 on the basis of a deviation of the object value signal a and the feedback signal b for calculation and fOr correcting a valve drive signal d. This correction means 6 comprises a memory part 6a for memorizing in a renewable manner response delay associated data of the feedback signal b with respect to the object value signal a by associating the response delay associated data with the time differential value of the object value signal a and for outputting the response delay associated data of memory in association with the tine differential value of the actual object value signal a, and a correction part 6b for receiving the response delay associated data output from the memory part 6a and correcting the valve drive signal d input to the control valve 2 to a value necessary for decreasing the response delay b of the feedback signal with respect to the object value signal a.
