Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce influence of servo caused by variation of a parameter (force constant) of an actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A driving current detecting signal 17 of an actuator and the number of passing tracks, and a position error signal 41 are taken in an observer 35, a speed estimation value is inputted to a controller 34. The controller 34 outputs a control output signal 64 for an actuator 10 using an input from the observer 35 and the like. A switch 68 of a reference sine wave generator 44 being a part of an estimation mechanism 45 for force constant is connected when estimation of force constant is performed, a reference sine wave 52 is superimposed on the control output signal. A parameter of the actuator 10, that is, force constant is estimated by the estimation mechanism 45 for force constant, and values of a memory 46 and parameter compensator 47, 48 are changed. An anti-aliasing filter 49 is switched so as to eliminate when the speed estimation value of the observer 35 is large. A speed profile generation mechanism 43 outputs a target speed profile 55 in the controller 34 in accordance with a left distance for accessing obtained from the controller 34.
