Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo device suitable for articulation of a robot.SOLUTION: A servo device 1 comprises a housing 2, a motor 3 arranged in the housing 2, an output shaft 4 supported by the housing 2, a deceleration and transmission mechanism 5 arranged in the housing 2 for decelerating rotation of a drive shaft 3A of the motor 3 and transmitting it to the output shaft 4, and a sensor part 6 for detecting a rotational angle of the output shaft 4. The deceleration and transmission mechanism 5 transmits the drive force by frictional contact of a roller surface where a part or all of transmission components are press-contacted with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
