Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a routine error and to prevent a limit cycle from being generated by switching two control setting deviation as a fundamental quantity according to an oscillation suppression decision rule, and generating ternary output for a driving device. CONSTITUTION:When the deviation S4 that is a range to suppress oscillation is inputted to an oscillation suppression input generating device 8, the oscillation suppression input generating device 8 outputs an oscillation suppression signal S8 to ternary generating device 7 to keep a load at a targeted value. At the ternary generating device 7, binary input from a binarization device 6 and oscillation suppression input from the oscillation suppression input generating device 8 are switched, and is outputted to the driving device 9 as the ternary output S7. In other words, from the ternary generating device 7, either value out of a plus value, an oscillation suppression value, and a minus value is outputted. By inputting the ternary output S7 to the driving device 9, the load 1 is driven. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the routine error or the limit cycle.
