Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make low noise and operating efficiency compatible by automatically adjusting a punching speed in accordance with the load.
SOLUTION: As the motive power source of a ram 22, a servo motor 30 is employed that is capable of generating a required ram pressure by using torque based on the motor speed/torque characteristics. Using this servo motor 30, the operating axis 20 is directly driven which can be rotated to vertically move the ram 22.
