Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the controlling precision of a pneumatic motor by connecting an encoder to the pneumatic motor 1 and feeding back a drive amount and a drive speed of the pneumatic motor which are detected by the encoder. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 3 is connected to a pneumatic motor 1, and the drive amount and a drive speed of the pneumatic motor 1 which are detected by the encoder 3 are fed back to a position and speed compensating controller 4. The controller 4 compares the amount and the speed with respective target values. Said controller controls the opening and closing action of a solenoid valve 2 according to the deviation therebetween. Since the position and the speed of the pneumatic motor can be kept constant by the automatic control, the controlling precision of the pneumatic motor is improved.
