Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo motor controller capable of estimating the magnitude of rigidity of a connection mechanism for connecting a servo motor with a driven body without using a full-closed feedback value.SOLUTION: A servo motor controller 1A includes: a servo motor 50; a driven body 70 driven by the servo motor 50; a connection mechanism 60 for connecting the servo motor 50 with the driven body 70 and transmitting power of the servo motor 50 to the driven body 70; and a motor control part 10A for controlling the servo motor 50. The motor control part 10A includes: a power acquisition part 20 for acquiring driving power working on the driven body 70 in the connection part of the connection mechanism 60 with the driven body 70; and a rigidity estimation part 22 for estimating the magnitude of the rigidity of the connection mechanism 60 on the basis of positional information of the servo motor 50 when the servo motor 50 is rotated with the driven body 70 fixed mechanically and a driving force acquired by the power acquisition part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
