An entire peripheral groove 17E of an outer dimensions Db is formed in an outer peripheral side of a casing 17 for an auxiliary valve element (an expanded-diameter cylindrical part 17D). An annular recess 35 situated in an outer peripheral side of the entire circumferential groove 17E for forcing an insertion part 36A of a command pressure supply member 36 to be circumferentially turnably inserted is formed between a fastening nut 37 and the other side end surface 13D of a casing 13 for a main valve element (a projecting cylindrical part 13B), and is arranged in a position spaced to one side of an axial direction with respect to a high pressure setting spring 34 in a sleeve body 23. After completing mounting work of the command pressure supply member 36, the fastening nut 37 is fastened and fixed so as to sandwich the command pressure supply member 36 between the fastening nut 37 and the other side end surface 13D of the casing 13 for a main valve element.
