A fastener is put to a net of a small mesh to make the washing net of the same shape as the bottom of the receptacle. The inside of a synthetic resin receptacle is prevented from catching the net. After permanent treatment, the rods are put into the net inside of the receptacle while removed from hair, and the fastener is closed to wash it with flowing water from a faucet. After washing, the net containing the rods etc. is dehydrated by a domestic washing machine and sorted. The end paper is put into a plastic bag and spread when there is time to do it.
