Abstract:

PURPOSE: To machine a setting bed-reinforcing plate easily and surely in correspondence with a connection angle in a site by forming a plurality of openings continuously at short intervals along the longitudinal direction on the central part widthwise of the setting bed-reinforcing plate.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of openings are formed continuously at short intervals along the central part in the direction of the width to manufacture a setting bed reinforcing plate 10 such as an iron plate, steel plate, etc. The setting bed reinforcing plate 10 is laid on a rafter, and it passes through a setting bed material 2 such as the rafter 3, thermal insulating material, soundproof material, fire-preventive material, etc., through fixed devices 12 such as screws, etc., and is fixed on a steel frame 1. After that, a front layer side setting bed material 4 is lapped over a surface material 5 on the setting bed reinforcing plate 10, and they are clamped to the setting bed reinforcing plate 10 through the fixed device 13 to form a connection. Bending stress is concentrated to the openings 11, so that bending work along the core of the ridge of the setting bed reinforcing member 10 is carried out easily and accurately without requiring any special equipment or skill.
