Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method of a center jack which can perform a suspension work exceeding a regulated maximum load while suppressing a cost.SOLUTION: A setting method of a center jack comprises: an outrigger grounding process for grounding an outrigger on an installation face of an all-terrain crane; a clearance adjustment member arrangement process for arranging a clearance adjustment member on an installation face located below a float of the center jack; a float abutment process for elongating a rod of the center jack downwardly, and making the float abut on an upper face of the clearance adjustment member; a clearance formation process for forming a clearance equivalent to a prescribed warpage amount between the upper face of the clearance adjustment member and a lower face of the float by separating the float from the upper face of the clearance adjustment member by contracting the float upwardly by the prescribed warpage amount from a state that the float is made to abut on the upper face of the clearance adjustment member; and a clearance adjustment member removal process for removing the clearance adjustment member from a lower part of the float.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
