In this setting method of the fastening torque, when a shape of a contact surface of the connecting terminals 5 has an outward projecting barrel shape, the relationship between the contact resistance Rk between the mutual connecting terminals 5 and the fastening torque G is determined by successively calculating the contact resistance Rk between the connecting terminals 5 while changing the fastening torque G, and a stable area to the fastening torque G substantially reducing no contact resistance Rk even if the fastening torque G is increased more than that, is determined on the basis of the determined relationship, and the fastening torque G of the nut 7 is set so that a value of the fastening torque G exists in the stable area.
