Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user know an image of a picture after a setting change, before the change.SOLUTION: A setting method of an imaging apparatus includes: a first step of generating a sequential display image group by performing bracket imaging under a plurality of different exposure conditions; a second step of generating a reduction image group by applying image processing to the sequential display image group while changing a parameter of the image processing to a plurality of different setting values; a third step of displaying a plurality of axes relating to the exposure conditions or the image processing on a display screen and displaying reduction images of the reduction image group at positions along the plurality of axes; a fourth step of selecting at least one of the reduction images displayed on the display screen in the third step; a fifth step of enlarging and displaying the reduction image selected in the fourth step; a sixth step of selecting a desired reduction image from among the reduction images enlarged and displayed in the fifth step; and a seventh step of setting the setting values of the exposure conditions and the image processing to setting values in the case where the reduction image selected in the sixth step is generated in the second step.
