Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate setting of allowable ranges of monitoring items for automatically deciding propriety of a molded form and automatically alter the ranges if driving conditions are altered by setting allowable range values of the items at the time of continuously automatically molding in the range values ±a reference value.
CONSTITUTION: A monitoring condition set memory 14 is provided in a microcomputer 1 as a system controller, and a relative value monitor mode and an absolute value monitor mode can be selected. When the relative value mode is selected, reference values of monitoring items and ± range values are stored, while when the absolute value mode is selected, upper and lower limit values are stored. A propriety deciding unit 16 compares data stored in the memory 14 with latest actually measured data from an actually measured value memory 12, and judges whether it falls within the allowable range or not. In the case of altering driving condition set value, in the relative value mode, only the reference value may be altered after the ± range values are set.
