Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an air-conditioning machine, by a method wherein a set room temperature upon cooling and the set room temperature upon heating are set differently so that the set temperature upon cooling is set higher at all times than the set temperature upon heating with a temperature difference higher than a given value. CONSTITUTION:A comparing means 13 inputs respective set values of room temperature from a cooling setting means 11 and a heating setting means 12 to compare with each other and outputs the result of comparison into a correcting means 14. When the set room temperature upon cooling is higher than the set room temperature upon heating by a given temperature difference' the correcting means 14 outputs the set value of room temperaturb, set by the cooling and heating setting means 11, 12, to a room temperature regulating means 16 and an indicating means 17. When the above-described condition is not satisfied, the set value of room temperature, which is set by the cooling and heating setting means 11, 12, is corrected so as to satisfy the condition and is outputted by the correcting means 14. The room temperature regulating means 16 inputs the set value of room temperature from the correcting means 14 and compares the set value with a room temperature, detected by a room temperature detecting means 15, and decides whether cooling or heating shoud be effected or the operation should be stopped, then, outputs an operating signal 18.
