Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate a job for dimensional control pertaining to an engagement between a grinding wheel and a turning shaft as well as to enable grinding wheel to be attached to the turning shaft so easily and highly accurately.
CONSTITUTION: This setting structure is provided with a turning shaft 52, a setting member 58 being attached tight to this turning shaft 52 concentrically, a ring grinding wheel 62 having a threadlike grinding surface provided with several grooves on the outer circumferential surface and being attached tight to this setting member 58, a centering mechanism 66 being installed in space between wheel 62 and the setting member 58, and capable of positioning the wheel 62 concentrically with the turning shaft 52 after pressing an inner circumferential surface 64 of the wheel 62 in the radial outer direction, and a face tilting adjusting mechanism 68 for adjusting any inclination in an axis of the grinding wheel 62, respectively.
