Japanese Patent JPH06212631
Kind Code:

CONSTITUTION: In a settlement meter 1, in which an anchor A is inserted into a pit B drilled to the ground, the anchor A is fixed into the pit B and the quantity of the ground displaced is measured by the displacement of a displacement-quantity detecting rod 12 inserted into the pit B from the anchor A and extended on a ground surface, the anchor A has a base body 2, to which the displacement-quantity detecting rod 12 is connected, and a baggy fixing member 3 consisting of a woven fabric wrapping the whole circumference of the base body 2 with specified looseness in order to form a space C capable of being filled with mortar M between the fixing member 3 and the base body 2. The space C is filled with mortar M through a connecting pipe 10 inserted into the pit B from the ground surface and communicated and connected to the space C.
