To improve workability, to save labor and to reduce the cost by forming a reception section at a gable side end section in the ridge direction of a water stop plate, forming the end section of the water stop plate into a water stop structure via a verge pack, and arranging a continuous verge pack top cover.
A rafter 5 is used as a panel frame, a sheathing roof board 4 is spread on it, then a tile 1 is tiled on it to form a roof panel tiled with the metal-molded tile 1 as a unit member finished with all necessary related components. A ridge gap material 6 provided with a flashing 6a is fitted to the ridge side upper end section of the tile 1 via a ridge gap material sash bar 7. A water stop plate 3 is erected on the sheathing roof board 4 along the ridge side upper end section of the roof panel and is continuously formed long in the ridge direction. When the gable side end section of the water stop plate 3 is closed, a water stop structure surrounding the outer periphery of the ventilating hole of the ridge is completed. A factory-processed metal ridge pack is suspended for the ventilation ridge, and the rain countermeasure effect and decorative beautiful appearance of the gable side end section of a gable roof can be secured.
