This sewage flowing unit for ostomate is provided with a panel plate provided with a sewage flowing part on its front face, a drain pipe whose at least a part has flexibility, whose one end is connected with the sewage flowing part, and whose other end is connected with an external drain port, an elevating means for elevating and lowering the panel plate, and a guide means for guiding ascent and descent of the panel plate. The external drain port is provided at a position offset for a central axis in the direction of width of the sewage flowing part, and the elevating means is provided at a position offset in the reverse direction to the external drain port for the central axis in the direction of width of the sewage flowing part. An electric water heating appliance is provided at a position above the external drain port and preventing the interference between the drain pipe and it when the panel plate rises and lowers.
