Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of disposal cost and the deterioration of the return material to the green and agricultural land, construction material, etc., by keeping the water content of treated sludge constant even when the sludge having the composition and concentration different from those of normal sludge is supplied as a large quantity of sediment flows in due to a heavy rain, and the composition of sludge is changed.
SOLUTION: The proper discharge of sludge from a sludge treating device 4 is found by an arithmetic unit 7 based on the target water content of treated sludge and the concentration and flow rate of the sludge supplied from a sewage treating system obtained by a concentration meter 2 and a flow meter 3. When the proper discharge deviates from the actual discharge from the device 4, a control parameter correction is obtained by the arithmetic unit 7, and the concentration rate, drying time, etc., of the sludge treating device 4 are adjusted.
