Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability and moreover ensure the broad effective area of an inspection port.
CONSTITUTION: Fitting the fitting part 50 of a coupling part 18 to a branch part 34, stood up from an inspection port 14 to be formed, engages the fitting part 50 with a stopper part 36 in the upstream side of a pipe line part 16. Consequently, the coupling part 18 can be rotated within a given range with an engaging point 0 as a center.
