To provide a sewing machine easily attaching/detaching a sewing first needle and a second needle at a prescribed distance separated horizontally from the lower end part of a needle bar.

The sewing machine M is provided with a punching needle 14 positioned apart a prescribed distance horizontally from the needle bar 30 installable of the sewing needle 13, a first clamp part 51 capable of clamping the needle bar 30, a second clamp part 52 capable of clamping the punching needle 14, a needle fitting device 50 fitting the punching needle 14 to the needle bar 30 and a needle plate 12 having a needle hole for passing the punching needle 14. The needle fitting device 50 is installed with three screws in the direction of clamping the needle bar 30 and the punching needle 14, and the needle bar 30 and the punching needle 14 are clamped with the first and second clamp parts 51 and 52 by fastening the three screws.
