To provide a sewing machine for needle punch processing in which frequency of cleaning of needle is reduced by suppressing entanglement of fiber waste to needle punch needle and needle punched pattern is processed in good appearance by small-sized constitution.

A needle base 20 is attached through a mounting tool 21 to the lower end of a needle rod 4 and three needle punch needles 6 are installed in the needle base 20. U-Shaped cloth presser 11 is attached to the lower end of a cloth presser rod 8 interlocking with the needle rod 4 and long reed-shaped cloth presser feet 34 are installed back and forth in the lower part of cloth presser 11. Three needle though-holes 35 through which each needle punch needle 6 is separately passed are formed in cloth presser feet 34. Needle dropping holes 14 having flat area and including all needle through-holes 35 are formed in a needle plate 9 and three needle punch needles 6 are passed through in the needle dropping holes 14 all at once.
