Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the requirement to move the face near a needle location, exclude a danger on the work, implement sure observation, and improve the work efficiency by visualizing the image near the needle location and the reference needle location point with an image display means.
CONSTITUTION: An image photographing device 1 is stored in the head section Y of a sewing machine main body X. The signal of the image photographing device 1 photographing the vicinity of a needle location section Z from the lower end of the head section Y is inputted to a control device 2 and converted into the display signal, and it is displayed on an image display device 3 via a display control device. An image photographing start button 5 starts or stops the photographing and display of the vicinity of the needle location section Z via the image photographing device 1. The operation command is inputted to the control device 2, the image photographing device 1 is controlled to photograph the vicinity of the needle location section Z, and the image is displayed on the image display device 3. The reference needle location point is displayed together with the image on the image display device 3 so that an operator can confirm the reference needle location point of a sewing machine needle.
