Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a sewing machine with the seam pattern catalog display function so that all seam patterns of the selected type among many seam patterns can be catalogically displayed in sequence on a display with a simple action.

CONSTITUTION: When the type of seam patterns (e.g. the one-point pattern or decorative stitch pattern as the seam pattern of the pattern stitch) is selected in advance, the first scene is display on a display 10 (display of four seam patterns). When a catalog display instruction switch 18 is pushed (S3, Yes), if the next page exists as the seam pattern of this type (S17, Yes), it is displayed on the display screen (S18). Whether the next page exists or not is again judged after the preset time, if the next page exists, it is displayed. The pattern can be selected during the display.
