PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of members and to reduce a manufacture cost by using a sewing machine cover opened to a stud part side capable of covering a pocket part between a bed part and an arm part as an auxiliary table for extending a bed surface and incorporating an embroidery frame driving mechanism in the sewing machine cover.
SOLUTION: The sewing machine cover 2 is constituted of a cover main body 7 and a division cover 8, and in the case of detaching it from the cover state of mainly covering the arm 5 of this dewing machine 1, both front and back surfaces, a left side face and an upper surface are covered from a part near the bed surface 12 of the bed part 3 to the upper surface of the arm part 3 and it is formed so as to be used also as the auxiliary table for extending the bed surface. Then, for the sewing machine cover 2, a left and right driving mechanism is disposed to the front wall side of the cover main body 7 and a front and back driving mechanism is disposed inside the division cover 8 respectively so as to drive an embroidery frame disposed on it in left, right, front and back directions in the case of using it as the auxiliary table and embroidery sewing is performed to work clock held by the embroidery frame.
