Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sewing machine capable of miniaturizing a sewing head even if a plurality of threads capable of being selected are used.
CONSTITUTION: A sewing machine comprises a sewing needle 6, a thread supply device 8 for supplying the sewing thread to the needle 6 and a balance device 12 provided on the way of a channel for supplying the thread from the thread supply device 8 to the needle 6. The thread supply device 8 is provided with a plurality of thread supply sources 9 and a selection device 10 for selecting the threads supplied from these thread supply sourses 9.
