Abstract:

To integrally mold a shape of respective shade parts by arranging a tongue piece projecting to the engagement receiving part side and a claw formed on one surface of the tongue piece in respective engaging parts, and arranging a bag part to receive the tongue piece and a claw receiving part where one surface of the bag part is opened in respective engagement receiving parts.

An engaging part 10 is formed on one top panel edge of respective shade parts 100, and an engagement receiving part 20 is formed on the other top panel edge. A tongue piece 11 projecting to the engagement receiving part 20 side being an engaging mate and a claw 12 formed on one surface of the tongue piece 11, are arranged in the respective engaging parts 10, and the tongue piece 11 is an I-shape member horizontally arranged on a top panel, and its part projects from the top panel edge. The respective engagement receiving parts 20 have a bag part 21 to receive the tongue piece 11 and a claw receiving part 22 where one surface of the bag part 21 is opened, and the bag part 21 forms an L-shaped part 23 horizontally arranged on the top panel and a part surrounded by a top panel end part. The end tongue piece 11 is installed in the bag part 21, and the claw 12 is engaged with the claw receiving part 22, and the edges of the top panel are joined to each other. Since a shape of the respective shade parts 100 is integrally molded by a pair of metal molds, an inexpensive shade excellent in appearance can be obtained.
